MARKETING SCHEDULE
1. I personally visit, assess your home and provide your with professional helpful hints,
checklists, literature and videos on what you can do to perpare your home to optain
TOP DOLLAR.
2. A professional sign and lock box will be placed on your property.
3. A professionally printed custom flyer with many color photographs of your home
will be provided.

4. Active property data will be placed on the Greater South Bay Multiple Listing Service
along with many color photos of your home.
5. Your property will be placed on the internet, and receive "worldwide exposure" on
realtor.com, homestore.com just to name a few. It will also be placed on stephenhaw.com
and pvhomes.com, our personal web sites which is extensively promoted.

6. An email will go out to all the agents in the area featuring a photo
and the amenities of your home.

7. 300 postcards will be mailed to the surrounding area for exposure to potential buyers
in the neighborhood.

8. Your home will be exposed to the REMAX Satellite network,
the largest network of agents throughout the U.S.
9. A Property flyer is sent to all South Bay agents through
Professional Flyer services.
10. There will be a series of broker's tours of your property
and public open houses, if possible, to promote your home.
